The taste of sour grapes is everywhere. Ever since Bangalore registered a low voter turnout last week, tongues have been wagging about the failure of the Jaago Re campaign, et cetera. Of course, we have a bone to pick there.

It’s not often that un-glam dudes like us make the eight pages of Page Three in The Times of India. But when we do, we like to be identified correctly.

Yes, we made history. History that was seen, heard and experienced so palpably that it reverberates in the Hard Rock Cafe that we left smoking yesterday.

Blistering opening with Shut Up and Vote. Followed by Getting There and Surrender. We broke set at Hoedown. If you remember, the last time we played at the Hard Rock Cafe in Mumbai was the night before 26/11. So, we resumed with One Small Love and followed that up with a very extended Sold just to keep up the irony.

It’s not always that a weekend drops by in the middle of the week. Or that we drop by both Mumbai and Pune. But here we are (and the edge of the world isn’t so far).
